By creating an account or using Sounth, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they define the relationship between you and Sounth Studio.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Sounth Studio ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Sounth mobile application ("App") and any related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sounth. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free features may be updated, expanded, or modified at our discretion. We will not remove core free functionality without reasonable notice.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Sounth does not process payments or refunds directly.
You agree to use Sounth for its intended purpose — personal plant care tracking. You must not:
All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks within Sounth are the exclusive property of Sounth Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of any data you create within the App (plant profiles, photos, notes, journal entries). We claim no rights to your content.
Your use of Sounth is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. Key points:
You are responsible for maintaining local backups of your plant data. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation, or circumstances outside our control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sounth Studio and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to:
You acknowledge that you use the App entirely at your own risk. The App is provided as a convenience tool and is not a substitute for professional plant care, agricultural, or horticultural advice.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
If we discontinue a premium feature you have paid for, we will provide a pro-rated refund or reasonable alternative.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of Sounth after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using Sounth and delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sounth shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
